Hello!

My name is Erin Austin, LMT and owner of Wren’s Nest Wellness.

I attended college at John A. Logan College in Carterville, Illinois, and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2017.

By using multiple modalities and my knowledge of anatomy, I will tailor each session in order to create the greatest results in the most efficient manner. I work by listening to the body and moving intuitively.

I have experience in a variety of different settings, including a diamond class spa, chiropractic offices, farmers markets, and music festivals throughout Missouri and Illinois. I am also an artist and create jewelry, knit, repurpose furniture, and collect vintage clothing.

In my free time, you can find me in the woods with my Australian Cattle Dog, Pacha, enjoying time with my teenage son, Jack, or connecting with my friends through music, art, and food.

I am honored to be a part of this community, and to be able to express myself authentically through my work. It is my hope that when you enter Wren’s Nest, you feel blissfully transported into a deep state of restoration.

I am a firm believer in the body’s ability to heal itself and I am here to help you along in your process.

  • Maria Brennan, LMT

I have always had a passion for helping people and after working in the corporate world for over a decade I decided it was time to find more meaningful work. After completing my studies at A Gathering Place Massage School, I began on my new journey to help people heal and it is an honor.

With art as my background, I feel more creative and intuitive with each massage. There is no standard session. Each massage is tailored to the client using various techniques to achieve a relaxed and renewed state. Easing pains, aches and discomfort from daily life stresses and allowing the body, mind and spirit to heal.

Outside of work, I enjoy art of all kinds, cooking and baking, reading, being in nature and spending time with friends, family and my 2 furbabies!

“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.”
